Always have great customer care/service. Associates are always friendly. Always know that if the item is not in the store can purchase and have it sent to the store do a little more shopping and pick up order on my way out! Very convenient!

The best deals with coupons are amazing! Quality products for less. The makeup ladies are very knowledgeable. And they usually have free samples ♥️💋. Citadel Mall! I opened up a Belk card and I had a shopping pass for 20% off all day, and had the coupons for the additional deals! Wow, awesome!! They may be short staffed, but who isn't? I went to Target in the Citadel Mall and there were 15 people ahead of me! We need to stay patient during this time, as long as we can and should be grateful that the pandemic were some hard times!!!

Love the store. Found a great dress for an upcoming wedding. The sales associate was very welcoming. I forgot her name, but her ID is 000108. She is to be commended.

I found some great deals on the clearance rack saving $121 on three shirts! I also had the most pleasant customer service experience with LaToya. She was kind and helpful. She is clearly a dedicated worker who deserves a raise. I will be back to find more great deals and enjoy the friendly, positive vibes from the Belk staff!
